The Amazing Adventures of Louis de Rougemount (as told by himself)
Directed by Jeff Cunningham, amid the July 4th flooding in Kerr County, Texas. Due to the multi-million dollar damage to the Point Theater, the production was performed in Stonehenge II. All agree this comedy was perfect for the adjusted local.
This light-hearted play, written by Donald Margulies, was described as “magical” by audiences. It was considered the happy escape needed for the recovering community.
Collegiate highlights
Directed by Brian Bell, this absurdist piece was written to discuss classism in a struggling Germany. The Universities guest director, and his dramaturgy companion, Julie Pauker, travelled from Germany; teaching the cast a culturally different approach to the rehearsal process
Faith, Hope, & Charity
Directed By Mara Richard-Sims, this piece was created by the cast via Verbatim theatre interviewing techniques. This divised project aimed to shed light on those who were children during WW2 and every world altering event they had experienced since.
